About me

Dr.V Akila Associate Professor, Department of Information Technology, completed her Ph.D from Bharath Institute of Higher Education and Research, Chennai. She received her B.E. computer science and engineering from Bharathidasan University, and M.E. computer science and engineering from Sathyabama University,Chennai. She has 10+ years of teaching and industrial experience. She had presented papers in national and international conferences and published papers in international journals. Her research interests include Wireless Sensor Network, Machine Learning and Data Science. She has taught various subjects like Data Structures, Operating Systems, Compiler Design , Theory of Computation, Software Engineering and guided various student projects .She has been serving the department in roles like NBA Coordinator, Class Coordinator, Project Coordinator and Mentor . She has the ability to communicate effectively, educate others, motivated students and contribute to teaching and mentoring of undergraduate students. She has reviewed for international conference
